qualified distributor inquiries in 4 months
The Context
Némo & Co has made premium preserves and condiments for three generations, sold primarily through specialty grocers and premium retail in France. Convinced of the Moroccan market’s potential after several business trips to Casablanca, the founder needed a partner who could translate that conviction into a credible entry plan — not just translate a sales brochure.
What We Did
Our market-entry team spent six weeks mapping the Moroccan competitive landscape: who already occupies the premium shelf, how major retail chain buyers evaluate a new foreign supplier, and which sales arguments actually land — not the ones that work in France.
We then rebuilt the brand narrative from the ground up for market entry: a new verbal territory centered on artisanal authenticity rather than French heritage, and a bilingual pitch deck structured around local distributor buyers’ actual evaluation criteria.
The Result
Four months after launching the new pitch deck, Némo & Co saw a 28% increase in qualified inbound distributor inquiries across Casablanca and Rabat — and signed its first two regional distribution agreements shortly after.
